Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)
CNA's and HHA's provide various personal care services in accordance with an established plan of care. They assist and attend to the personal needs and comfort of our clients in their homes. Tasks may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming; continence care; and repositioning in bed and transfers. Also performs basic homemaking tasks which may include light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and errands. We work with a variety of clients which include the frail and elderly, clients who have dementia or short term memory loss, clients with neuromuscular diseases, and sometimes clients who need end of life care.

Essential Functions
- Performs personal care activities that assist our clients with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
- Personal hygiene (assisting with bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair)
- Continence care (assisting in the bathroom, with disposable briefs, or in using bedpan)
- Eating
- Mobility Assistance (repositioning in bed and transfers)
- Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May participate in meal planning.
- Performs caregiving activities which include (but are not limited to):vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide, or current enrollment in an RN program
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, a driving record screen, and a drug screen.
- Must have 3 professional references.

Pay Rate
$10.00/hour to start
