The Capital Area Parkinson's Society (CAPS) provides those impacted by Parkinson's Disease, many of whom may know very little about their disease, a forum in which to discuss their situation with others similarly afflicted. CAPS offers carepartners a support group in which information on the care of those with Parkinson's Disease can be received and exchanged, and through which the needs of the carepartner can be addressed. In addition, CAPS provides a forum for the discussion and dissemination of new information on the Parkinson's Disease and related areas.
