Testimonials

  • I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe.  She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.

Myrial was attentive, caring, personable and professional. Everything you could ever ask for when needing someone to take care of one of your loved ones.

If we ever need any care taker services in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Right at Home!  Thank you!

  • I think one thing you can't deny is knowing you've made a difference in someone's life. Whether in a post-op or hospice scenario you are truly adding to that persons quality of life. I love being a CNA and I enjoy being employed by Right at Home.

  • Thank you so much for your kind and caring card remembering Mel.  Even more important, thank you for arranging for such excellent care for Mel since early 2007.  Kofi and Dennis helped to assure that  Mel was well cared for and comfortable, and we could not be any more grateful to you. With thanks,

  • You were always supportive and worked hard to meet our needs – very much appreciated, particularly in the beginning (at Thanksgiving time) when you found competent and caring help with very little notice.  The people you placed were very suitable matches for my parents, both in terms of ability to do the job but also personalities as well.  Thanks so much!

  • I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with your services and your continuous effort to keep me apprised of the situation.  I commend you for your excellent service.

  • I appreciated the fact that you provided the same excellent caregiver each time.  With dementia, keeping the same routine is so important.  Martha was a joy and a real boon to me! I could leave the house to do errands, have a little fun or whatever and know that mom was in loving, competent hands. Give her big bucks as she is the reason we used your agency and left the other agency.

  • My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.

  • I feel better about myself knowing that the care that I give may help someone live a happier life. My greatest reward is in knowing that my presence makes a difference.

  • It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.

  • I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the office and by the owner, who was very up-front and real. I felt very at home with her and very at ease. [The caregivers] are not just employees. We are family and a team. We look out for one another, and we look out for the owner as well. She is supportive of our situations and is always there to encourage us to grow in our experience and knowledge.
