When you call, Luiza provides you with an immediate warm and heartfelt welcome! John-Paul Plouffe conducts meticulous client assessments to insure that the exact type of care needed is provided along with a well-matched caregiver. Matt and Julia then insure that each week’s schedule is finely tuned.
Chistina conducts supervisory visits along with John-Paul to insure the satisfaction of our clients. David does the hiring and follows the strictest set of hiring criteria and standards in the industry!
Bob provides community outreach and is the face of Right at Home with its current and prospective partners. Last but not least, Vladimir and Helen provide invaluable leadership and contribute to many professional and community organizations.
Looking to supplement our substantial experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients, Right at Home is adding to that experience by further educating its staff using the “Alzheimer’s Association dementia care training program!”

It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.
