Requirements to process your application:
-Valid driver’s license with good driving history
-Three references from supervisors of previous employment
-Reliable automobile
-Clean criminal history
We have open application periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30 pm and on Wednesdays at 8:30 am. Please come to our office to begin the application process. When you arrive, you will complete a written competency evaluation, fill out an application and provide three work related references. Please ensure you bring current contact information for the supervisors that you provide on your reference forms. References from co-workers and friends are not allowed. If you have a current TB test and/or you have CPR / First Aid certification, please bring these certification forms also. Please also bring your driver’s license and your proof of car insurance.
How do you get to the office? Glad you asked!! Right at Home is located on the South Side of Indianapolis near the intersection of 1-65 and Southport Rd.
If you are coming from the North, take 1-65 to the Southport Rd exit. Turn right and go to the second stop light, which is Gray Rd and turn right (North). This intersection is marked by a Speedway gas station and a Circle K. After turning right on Gray Rd, go to the second driveway on the left and turn in. You will immediately see a building with "4000" on it. This is our building.
Enter through the door facing Southport Road. Please come up to the second floor to suite 250.
