Right at Home is a nationwide organization that provides in home care and assistance services to seniors and disabled adults. In caring for our elderly and clients with disabilities, we've found that the mature 50+ worker has the empathy and life experience necessary to quickly establish a caring, nurturing relationship. That's why we're proud of our membership on the AARP National Employer Team. Our Right at Home caregivers go through an orientation process to learn our policies and procedures. And every time they are matched with a new client, they have an orientation on that client's Custom Care Plan and the specifics of their care. Our caregivers also have continuous training both in-person and through Right at Home University to become the best caregivers possible.
