Dual Certification Application

If you are a New Jersey licensed C.N.A. and would like to get your New Jersey CHHA as well, you are invited to take our dual certification class.  We teach the class on Saturdays and the schedule for the next several months is listed below: 

Jan. 22, 2011;  Feb. 19, 2011;  March 19, 2011

April 16, 2011;  May 21, 2011;  June 18, 2011

The classes will be held from 8 AM – 6 PM on Saturdays at our Cherry Hill location.  The cost of the program is $130 tuition plus $80 for Board of Nursing Registration.   If you are intereseted you can print out the application below and bring it to our office with a deposit to hold your seat.
