Meet Our Staff

 

Kevin Knapp- President

Kevin is the President and owner of the Right At Home franchise located in Cherry Hill, N.J. Kevin has an entrepreneurial background as a small business owner and consultant. After relocating to the Philadelphia area, Kevin was looking for a new challenge. Searching for a business that would be beneficial to senior citizens he settled on the homecare industry. Kevin graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Communications.

Jane Knapp- Director of Marketing

Jane is the Marketing Director for Right at Home. She is also the secretary and interim chairman of the Tri-County Regional Ethics committee and serves on the Steering Committee of the county network connections group. A former US Airways pilot, Jane satisfies her need for speed by rowing on the Cooper River and training with the Mullica Hill Women's Triathlon Club.

Allison McGann- Director of Nursing

Allison is the Director of Nursing for Right at Home. She oversees all the clinical aspects of Right at Home which include assessing clients, supervising home health aides, and orienting new caregivers as well as many other things. Allison attended Long Island College Hospital’s school of Nursing where she got her Associates in Nursing. She then continued her education at Brooklyn College where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health. Allison enjoys golfing, gardening, and traveling when not at work. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.

Gwen Cunliffe- Nursing Supervisor

Gwen is Right at Home's Nursing Supervisor. She handles the supervision of aides and companions, assesses new and established clients, and handles the orientation of new aides along with a variety of other tasks.  Gwen attended Alvernia College where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and an Associates Degree in Nursing. Gwen enjoys watching sports, especially the Phillies, watching movies and spending time with her family and pets when not at work.

Steve Perino- Bookkeeper

Steve is Right at Home’s Bookkeeper. His responsibilities include client billing, payroll, receivables and handling the LTC insurance paperwork for the clients. He currently resides in Glassboro, NJ with his wife Shannon and his two sons, Lucky and Chance. They enjoy spending time at the Jersey shore.

Shira Jaspan- Employment Manager

Shira is Right at Home’s Employment Manager. She goes through the employment process with all of our potential candidates.  Shira is a 2009 graduate from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She currently resides in Cherry Hill with her family and likes to knit, go out in the city, and go for bike rides.

Stephanie Leigh- Scheduling/H.R. Willingboro

Stephanie is the Scheduler and H.R. in our new Willingboro office. She makes sure all of our clients are staffed with the proper caregivers and that the match between a caregiver and client is a positive one. She also is responsible for hiring employees out of the Willingboro office. She is a 2002 graduate of Triton High School and a 2007 graduate of Rutgers Camden with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts. For the past year and a half, Stephanie has been acting as a CNA for her Grandmother. This experience has helped her to relate to our clients and caregivers. When not at work, Stephanie likes to read, go to the movies, and hang out with her friends.

 Kelly Foster- Scheduline/Cherr Hill

 Kelly is the scheduler in our Cherry Hill office.  She also makes sure all of our clients are staffed with the proper caregivers and that the match between a caregiver and client is a positive one.  When not at work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, Bobby and Lilian and her dogs.

 

Other agencies cannot compare to Right at Home's service. When I use Right at Home to place a caregiver into someone's home, I know they not only come to do their job, they also build relationships. Their intake process is in-depth in order to help place staff that will fit the patients' needs. I think this is the cornerstone of so many happy patients. They have a genuine interest and passion for the elderly.

Kim M., RN, Clinical Case Manager
