My family and I meet with your sales rep, Tera on Friday evening.  I just left Tera a message to let her know that majority decided to place my mother into a hospice center.  This mainly had to do with money.  I have eight brothers and sisters and we hardly ever agree.  The one thing that we did agree on was how nice it was to have someone like Tera working with us, during this difficult time.  I have to admit that I was expecting for your rep to come in and "sell us".  Instead she told us how your company can help all of us and then she listened.  She was so compassiante and professional at the same time.  We just felt the need to to let some one know how much we appreciated the two hours that she spent with us.  Again, even though we are not using your company we will recommend our experience with Tera over and over again.
