Right at Home, Conejo West Valley is a locally owned and operated franchise of Right At  Home, Inc. The Conejo West Valley office was opened in 2011 to provide local residents the same quality home care as envisioned by the company founder, Allen Hager. Right at Home has been providing home care services to thousands of clients since 1995 with over 200 offices throughout the United States. Right at Home also operates internationally in the United Kingdom, Brazil, and China. 

Tammy Weddle is the President and Owner of the local Right at Home Conejo West Valley office. Tammy has been working in healthcare for over 20 years in the corporate world for large hospital and health insurance companies. Over the years, Tammy witnessed the decline in the benefits provided to patients with the ever changing healthcare regulations that have been implemented. Several years ago, Tammy and her family endured a tragic incident when her daughter was involved in an accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. Tammy witnessed first-hand the lack of options for care provided and experienced the stress and challenges that such events can put on a family. From these experiences, it became Tammy's mission and passion to open her own business providing quality care services to families in the Conejo and West Valleys and surrounding areas.

Right At Home can provide a range of care from transitional care from a post-traumatic situation to long term care for our aging population. It is important for us to meet with each of you to assess your needs and provide the best care possible to improve your quality of life, one client at a time.   

Right At Home, Inc.

Right at Home was founded by Allen Hager. For many years, Allen worked in health care as a hospital administrator. While in the hospital environment, he watched patients – especially seniors – leave the facility and return home, but not necessarily return to health. Once home, a lot of his former patients were unable to care for themselves.

Allen knew that with a little help, most of these people could lead healthy, happy lives in their own homes. But he also knew that there were very few companies that offered this kind of help. Allen didn’t just jump in and start a franchising company, however.

First, he talked to dozens of families to understand the different kinds of challenges they faced and what kind of care would help. Then he became a certified nursing assistant so he could experience the needs of people who were still living in their home but who needed some professional assistance.

In 1995, Allen started Right at Home in Omaha, Nebraska. Five years later, he started branching into other regions of the country by carefully selecting franchisees who shared his passion for caring for those in their community.

Right at Home now has more than 200 offices that serve thousands of clients across the United States. We also have operations in the United Kingdom, Brazil, and China.

From the get-go, Right at Home was welcoming, helpful, and immediately responsive to my Father's care. We instantly responded to their friendly and service-oriented approach and felt that we could work with them. They also seem to hold the bar pretty high for the caregivers working with them, and their high standards and extensive selection process reassured and impressed us.
