• As an executive for a nationally recognized health care system I'm proud to let everyone know about one of the finest examples of home based care in the United States. Right at Home, Corona, arrived in our family during a time of crisis. Our options:  send Mom to a rest home/skilled nursing facility or keep her in her home. Thanks to Right at Home Mom wakes up in her own bed surrounded by by all of her precious memorabilia. She maintains her independence and dignity even though fully disabled. RAH works with her Palliative Care/hospice team and the assisted living team to deliver coordinates, seamless world class in-home care. From visits with the care pup, Maggie dressed in her fun outfits to daily texts from Sherri, Glenda or Brenda my husband and I feel totally connected and part of Mon's day. There's never been a situation that RAH's not been able to respond to, including meetings with doctors and other members of Mom's care team. Their motto is "yes". I sleep at night, as does Mom, knowing RAH is there for us. After 18 months, Mom will end her life surrounded by those she loves and that includes her family and her RAH team. We could not have made this journey without you.  Thank you.

• I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe.  She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.

• My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.
