Brian coordinates the daily operations of the Right at Home franchise system. Brian has been with Right at Home since the first day franchise operations were established. Accordingly, Brian has been involved with all aspects of the franchise system development and has personally been involved with the training of every owner in our system. His career in healthcare business development spans over 20 years. Prior to joining Right at Home, Brian worked with other national homecare and medical staffing companies in regional management roles, including Kelly Healthcare and StarMed Health. |
| Eric Little, Senior Vice President, Franchise Development | |

Mr. Little joined Right at Home in September 2008. In his new role, Little is responsible for setting the direction of the company’s growth and closing franchise agreements with new and existing Right at Home franchisees. Little, who has more than 11 years of experience in a wide variety of industries, will also head Right at Home’s franchise broker partnerships. Prior to Right at Home, Mr. Little held similar executive franchise development positions with BounceU, 1-800-Water Damage and AlphaGraphics. |
| Blake Martin, Vice President of Programs & Services | |

Blake is in charge of developing system-wide tools, programs, services, and alliances for Right at Home. He has served as Vice President of Programs & Services for Right at Home since 2004. Blake's 13 years of experience in the home care industry started with branch management for the Visiting Nurse Association. From 1996 to 2004, he served as the Director of Operations and Director of Franchise Development for ComForcare Senior Services- a national home care franchise company. |
| David Creal, Vice President of Franchise Support | |

Dave oversees franchisee support for Right at Home franchisees. He has served as Vice President of Franchise Support since April of 2007. Dave's 26 year career in the health care industry began in 1981 with a three year tenure as a Hospital and Nursing Home Administrator at Philip Health Services. Prior to joining Right at Home, Dave worked as Operations Coordinator for Vetter Health Services for 20 years, supporting multiple units of their senior care facilities. |
| Kristi West, Vice President of Franchise Support | |

Ms. West has been overseeing franchisee support for Right at Home offices in the Central and Western regions since December 2007. Her career in healthcare began in 1982 working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in hospitals, nursing homes and home health. She brings with her six years of experience as a Rehabilitation Services Director, working for Beverly Rehab and Hillcrest Care Center in the Omaha area. She later served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator and Corporate Compliance Officer with Life Care Services of Des Moines, IA. Prior to joining Right at Home she was a Regional Rehabilitation Manager for Sava Senior Care, responsible for Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming. |
| Angel Carl, Vice President of Marketing | |

Ms. Carl has served as the Company’s Vice President of Marketing since November 2007. In addition to owning her own marketing consulting firm, Angel served as Vice President of Marketing for the Subscription Group of infoUSA and as Director of Business Development for Meridian, Inc. She started her career in advertising and marketing with Bozell & Jacobs in 1990, where, over the course of 14 years, she served as Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Account Supervisor and Account Director. |
