Right at Home - Durham/Chapel Hill is always looking for qualified in-home aides. The best way to apply for a position with our office is on-line. Our current process for new applications is as follows:

  • Your application is received on-line by our staffing team.
  • The application is reviewed for completeness, demonstration of experience, work history and necessary training.
  • Qualified applicants are sent a packet in the mail containing a background check release form and a skills checklist. The completed forms should be mailed to our office.
  • Applicants meeting the appropriate requirements will be called for a phone interview or asked to come into our office.
  • All qualified applicants will be required to come into our office for pre-hire orientation, skills check and face-to face interview.

Please read the Application Submission Acknowledgement prior to completing an application. Submitting your application on-line indicates to our office that you have read and understand the content. You will be asked to sign a copy of this acknowledgement if your application is selected for further processing.
