about Right at Home, or any franchise, you should have your
financial and legal advisors review this document.

Your completion of the Personal Profile Form will not obligate
either of us in any way. It is merely an expression of your
interest. On receipt of your profile and preliminary approval,
we will contact you regarding franchise opportunities in
your geographic area of interest.
