Right Processes
The Right at Home difference is found in
our process. In very little time, we’re able
to assess and understand your loved one’s
unique situation and recommend a custom
plan for your particular needs. This gets
your loved one the care he or she needs
as soon as possible.

Training, Education and Experience are important , some characteristics make all the difference in whether or not a caregiver will fit into our organization. Successful employees exhibit these basic traits:
The Caregiver Quality Assurance program requires a closer look at the personality and behaviors of the caregivers that work in our homes. Companies displaying the Caregiver Quality Assurance seal use the most advanced screening tool available today in pre-employment assessment of caregivers, Leading Home Care's Caregiver Pre-employment Assessment.

Providing continuing education to every individual involved in the continuum of Right at Home’s services is a vital component to achieving our mission. Enhancing the skills and understanding of our staff assures the provision of the highest quality home care services in the most seamless fashion possible.
Service is key to any homecare agency. We succeed or fail based on how each person in our organization consistently follows a few simple agreed upon behavior standards from the initial call and meeting, to development of a custom care plan, caregiver matching and consistently delivering care that meets a client's needs and expections in a respectful manner.

It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.
