New Legislation Could Double or Triple Costs of In-Home Care

Below is the link to the opinion posted by Barry Berger, Chairman of the California Association for Health Services at Home in the Los Angele Business Journal.  There are two (2) extraordinarily large and cumbersome bills making their way through the California Legislature right now that would cripple the ability of the elderly to afford caregivers to help them in their home while at the same point driving many in-home care and assistance agencies out of business.
