Julie and Dr. Bradley Burket- Owners/Administrators
Julie Burket is a native Oregonian born and raised in Medford. After High School she attended Portland State University and majored in speech. Her background is in news reporting and business management, as well as managing her husbands accounts payable. After her 4th child started Kindergarten, Julie desired to purchase and operate another business. Right at Home seemed like a perfect fit with her background and her brother owning the franchise in Portland.

Dr. Bradley J. Burket is a Bend Oregon physician and dentist specializing in Family Medicine and Dentistry. Bradley John Burket was born in Iowa, then as a small child moved to Medford, Oregon with his parents.
Dr. Burket has always known he'd enjoy a career in the health care. During high school, he got his first job in the industry, caring for the elderly at a local nursing home. The work proved challenging and rewarding, and solidified his desire to work as a health care professional.
After high school graduation he attended Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon then transferred to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon where he majored in Biology. He then attended dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University and went straight to medical school, also at OHSU.
During medical school, he married his wife, Julie, whom he's known since 7th grade. They've been married since 1990 and have 4 children, Quinn, Hayden, Skylar, and Adah, whom they adopted from China in 2006.

Michelle Wainwright, Client Care Coordinator
Michelle Wainwright has been with the company since the opening of Right at Home, Central Oregon. Her background in office management and finances was a perfect fit. The clients of Right at Home know Michelle like family as she commits herself to making a great transition into providing quality care.
Peggy Keele, Staffing Coordinator
Peggy Keele joined Right at Home with a background and degree in Social Work. Previous to Right at Home, she worked as a social worker at a skilled nursing home and has previously owned and managed her own foster home. Peggy maintains our caregiver database by screening and hiring the best qualified personnel for Right at Home. Peggy knows just how to match the right caregiver to each individual client and keep our clients happy with their care.
Traci Krischik, Community Relations
Traci Krischik brings 15 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Her most recent experience has been in Provider Relations Management. With a degree in marketing and public relations, Traci offers Right at Home positive and effective outreach in the community of Central Oregon. Smiles and laughter are her trade mark.
Your Right at Home caregiver was wonderful. She was so helpful - and after working with many agencies - was the best caregiver from any agency that we had in the past year!
