Care Supervision

From the time the caregiver is scheduled to arrive at your door to when they leave, Right at Home is monitoring the care you or your loved one is receiving.

By using TELEPHONY – a web-based timecard system – we ensure that caregivers arrive on time. Even if a caregiver does not arrive in the middle of the night, the TELEPHONY timecard system electronically alerts Right at Home's supervisors so that they can proactively work with the caregiver, client and client's family. Right at Home is one of only a few agencies in the Central Contra Costa area that uses a system to ensure that we are always there as promised.

While working with our clients, our caregivers are trained to keep extensive notes about the care they provide. Those notes are kept at your loved one's home and are available for your review at any time. Our Care Managers also review the care notes to ensure clarity, completeness and objectivity.  In addition to regular conversations with the caregiver, this review of care notes allows our Care Managers to recognize and put into effect needed modifications to the custom care plan.

Our RightCare managers also make regular unannounced visits to the homes to ensure caregivers are following the specifics of the Custom Care Plan.
