Welcome! The North Atlanta office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise of Right at Home, Inc. A senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995, Right at Home has 175 branches across the United States and international offices in England and Brazil.  

 Susan Janes, owner of Right at Home of North Atlanta, has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with extensive expertise in medical market research, sales & marketing, recruiting, project management and strategic planning. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Susan lives in Alpharetta with her two children, Sydney and Trey. She enjoys entertaining, concerts, cooking and UNC basketball. Go Heels!

Susan left corporate America to pursue making a difference in the lives of the people and community her business serves. “I want to end each day knowing I have done something meaningful to improve someone else’s day! I live each day to its fullest and want to help those I care for do the same.” Through personal experience, Susan understands the urgent need for personal care, be it for yourself or your loved ones.

Right at Home services are offered in a number of locations and ways, including:

  • Assistance for a loved one who wants to remain at home
  • Extra care and attention in an assisted living facility, a nursing home or even during a hospital stay
  • Skilled Nursing facilities and Rehabilitation centers
  • Respite or relief time for a family caregiver
  • Alzheimer’s care

Quality Care:

  • Our caregivers are tested, trained, compassionate, friendly and caring.
  • Prior to starting service, we consult with the new client and their family members to create a customized care plan.
  • Every effort is made to match the most suited caregiver to the client and to maintain a consistent caregiver for each client.
  • We maintain ongoing communications with our client and their families to discuss the progress of our client.
  • As our client needs change, so can our services.

Safety and Security:

  • All caregivers are employees of Right at Home, not independent contractors. They are bonded and covered by Professional Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance.
  • Our caregivers are thoroughly screened prior to hiring, including a full criminal background, drug and motor vehicle check.
  • Our owner makes unannounced visits while our caregivers are in our client's homes to insure the caregiver is providing the highest quality of care possible

My family recently had need for nursing care for our ninety-two year old mother.  the staff at her assisted living facility highly recommended RIGHT AT HOME in Roswell.   We could not have been more pleased with their services!

The CNA's who cared for our mother were efficient, professional, and very sensitive to her needs.  In fact, over the four month period of care, it was as if they were part of our family.

Enough cannot be said about the help and care given our mother by RIGHT AT HOME in Roswell and we would highly recommend their services to others.
