Who We Are
After a successful opening in the Central Orange County office of Right at Home one year ago, the Strickland family expanded our network of clients, families and referral agencies when we purchased the existing Right at Home office in Orange, California. The combined business now covers the entire central and northern parts of Orange County, and between these offices and our sister office in Laguna Woods, Right at Home can now offer a full range of care to all communities in Orange County.
Our Right at Home offices pride themselves on trust and responsibility to our families, and our passion is to ensure the very highest level of treatment to our clients. Our office in Tustin has provided exceptional service to scores of families in the short year that we have been open there, and we intend to take that same passion and quality of service to the new North Orange County territory.
We personally interview and meet regularly with our caregivers to ensure the best match with clients. We consider not only the caregivers, but the clients as part of our own family. All caregivers are screened and tested. Background checks further ensure that families have a comfort level with Right at Home caregivers and their ability to exceed all personal expectations. And, all caregivers are insured. Additional training is provided so that special situations such as advanced medical conditions can be aided by caregivers who are experienced and knowledgeable.
Right at Home has established an extensive network of referring agencies to ensure that elderly and other adults who need care can receive prompt and careful consideration of their needs. We are client advocates and refer our families to quality agencies that can provide top shelf service when the need arises, and accept their referrals when the need is for in-home care and assistance. We are active members of the American Board of Home Care, Orange County chapter.
