The Master Franchisee's role is to develop the Right at Home business and brand in the Territory. This is done by a combination of a Master Franchisee-owned pilot operation and development of third party franchises throughout the Territory. The Master Franchise candidate should be a successful individual or business group with proven experience. The successful candidate will very likely have strong business development skills, and a very high appreciation for the importance of customer care. It can be very beneficial - but it is not a requirement - to have experience and/or excellent contacts in healthcare or senior care services.
