Right at Home
Thank you for visiting our website. Tina and I live in Northeast San Diego and work together in the Right at Home office we opened in 2006. Prior to joining me to run the office, Tina worked in the Dental Program at Loma Linda University and volunteered time to a hospice agency, a pursuit she found very fulfilling.
Originally from the Midwest, I was raised and educated in suburban Chicago. I received a BA in Psychology and pre-medical studies from Wheaton College. However, I found professional opportunity in the computer software industry and pursued a career in the IT field for 30 years.
Several years ago I decided to leave IT to the younger folks and look for an opportunity to make a contribution to the San Diego community while fulfilling my passion for helping people. Caring for seniors here in San Diego with Right at Home has been just such an opportunity.
We often take difficult cases that other agencies don't want or cannot staff. And we have developed wonderful relationships with all of our clients. We'd be delighted to come and talk with you about your options and how we can tailor a care program for you or your loved one.
The San Diego Right at Home team is dedicated to providing friendly, reliable and personalized service to our clients while upholding the high ideals and professional standards established by the Right at Home corporate offices.
It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.
