Right at Home, Home Care has formed a team to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association's "The Longest Day" challenge. In just two days team captain, Jackie Major of Chatham, NJ has raised over $700 for the cause. "I see the way Alzheimer's Disease challenges families and individuals every day." Major says, "I think this is a great cause and our community members should participate! So many of my friends have stepped up to show their support by giving in any way they can."

The Longest Day is a sunrise-to-sunset relay that challenges teams to 16 hours of activity to advance the fight against Alzheimer’s. The activity you select is up to you, whether it’s running your first marathon, walking 10 miles or biking a century.
