Testimonials

  • I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe.  She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.

Myrial was attentive, caring, personable and professional. Everything you could ever ask for when needing someone to take care of one of your loved ones.

If we ever need any care taker services in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Right at Home!  Thank you!

  • I think one thing you can't deny is knowing you've made a difference in someone's life. Whether in a post-op or hospice scenario you are truly adding to that persons quality of life. I love being a CNA and I enjoy being employed by Right at Home.

I wanted to write a personal note to thank you and the entire Right at Home team for the care you gave my parents, Marion and Janet.  The ladies who provided care to Marion and Janet were not only highly professional and skilled, but,  just as inportant, were compassionate and caring.  The relationships they developed with my parents  were special  and they were all viewed as being part of the family.  The special way they cared for Marion and Janet, and the special love they showed,  greatly improved the last days of their lives and enabled them to focus on themselves and not to worry about any personal care matters affecting them.  Specifically, Janet knew she did not need to worry about how to care for and feed my father, and my father had the reassurance that someone was with him at all times to provide for his needs once  Janet passed away.  I don't know  what we would have done without you.  On behalf of our family, thank you for being there for us.

Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference for Right  at Home or to use any of my comments in this letter for prospective clients.   Best wishes to you,  Harry,  and all the Right at Home team for a Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.

    Sincerely,

  • My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.

  • I feel better about myself knowing that the care that I give may help someone live a happier life. My greatest reward is in knowing that my presence makes a difference.

  • It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.

  • I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the office and by the owner, who was very up-front and real. I felt very at home with her and very at ease. [The caregivers] are not just employees. We are family and a team. We look out for one another, and we look out for the owner as well. She is supportive of our situations and is always there to encourage us to grow in our experience and knowledge.
