Testimonials

  • I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe.  She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.

Myrial was attentive, caring, personable and professional. Everything you could ever ask for when needing someone to take care of one of your loved ones.

If we ever need any care taker services in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Right at Home!  Thank you!

  • On behalf of my family, I'd like to thank you for the lovely dish garden that you sent in memory of my husband. The varigated greens brighten the room so much. I also wish to thank you for your support and comforting words along the way when he was so very ill.  Without your help, particularly Lee, Georgina, Marian and Fatima, we would not have been able to care for my husband at home. They were so wonderful and patient with him and went beyond what was asked. A huge thank you to each of them and to your organization.

  • I think one thing you can't deny is knowing you've made a difference in someone's life. Whether in a post-op or hospice scenario you are truly adding to that persons quality of life. I love being a CNA and I enjoy being employed by Right at Home.

  • This note is to thank you for the fine care given to me by the kind ladies of your agency. I would like to commend two ladies, Sally and Cecelia who cared for me in Fair Oaks Hospital. Sally was not only kind and caring but so pleasant. I still miss her! Anyone who is recuperating would be very fortunate to have Sally or Cecelia as their helper!

  • I would like to take this long overdue opportunity to compliment and recommend Emelia. Emelia was assigned to my mother for over one year. In that year, Emelia was never late even once. In those times when she thought she might possibly be late, she would call us just in case. Emelia always arrived in good humor and came ready to work. My mother always appreciated her gentle manner. Emelia takes great pride in her appearance and always looked like a real professional.  I would highly recommend her as a caregiver for any family.

  • My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.

  • It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.

  • I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the office and by the owner, who was very up-front and real. I felt very at home with her and very at ease. [The caregivers] are not just employees. We are family and a team. We look out for one another, and we look out for the owner as well. She is supportive of our situations and is always there to encourage us to grow in our experience and knowledge.

Right at Home goes the extra step with their clients to provide quality caregivers, which is rare in the environment today. They provide a personal, hands-on relationship with each and every person they care for - starting from the first day working with the client - when they personally visit their home.
