Right at Home of Greater Portland is a locally owned and operated business providing in-home personal care and companion services. Our mission is To improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do this by providing what we believe is the best customer service and highest quality caregivers in the industry.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, insured, bonded and supervised to ensure we provide our clients the highest quality care and service possible. Our goal is to help create a safe and secure atmosphere that focuses on maintaining the client's dignity and independence in their home.

Right at Home of Greater Portland is locally owned and operated by Grant Hamilton (left) and Jacob Munoz (right). Tracy Kalesse is our Operations Manager, Heather Roberts is our Client Advocate, Jennifer Brookhouse is our Weekend Administrator and Jennifer Whipple is our Registered Nurse.
Tracy Kalesse, CNA was promoted from our Community Outreach Coordinator to the Operations Manager in January of 2010. Tracy joined Right at Home after working in the industry for over six years. Tracy lives with her husband and five dogs in Portland.
Heather Roberts was promoted from our Staffing Manager to the position of Client Advocate in January 2010. Heather joined Right at Home after working in the home care industry for the previous seven years. Heather has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and lives with her two daughters in Portland.
Jennifer Brookhouse assumed the Weekend Administration position in October of 2011. Jennifer has worked as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for the past 11 years and has been accepted into the LPN program at Sumner College in Portland. Jennifer lives with her two kids and 3 cats in West Linn.
Jennifer Whipple, RN has been on our staff since November of 2010. She is a graduate of Mt. Hood Community College School of Nursing. Prior to obtaining her RN degree she worked for five years as a Personal Care Assistant in the home health field. She has obtained specialty training in dementia care with a focus on providing nursing care in community health based settings and is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Community Health.
