When they first introduce me to a client they don't leave until both myself and the client feel we are comfortable around each other.     Shall we start with Thank you God!  I have had some not so terrific experiences with other agencies.  We were pleasantly surprised when Jennifer and Franco came to interview us.  Knowing that the employees are bonded, insured and prequalified made us much more comfortable. It is also comforting to know that we are able to get a hold of a live person any time, day or night.  The decision to assign Julie to us was made on her time available and the feeling that we would be compatible.  How right they were!  We would gladly recommend Right at Home Treasure Valley to anyone who needs capable, reliable help.

  • My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.

Right at Home's staff were very professional, understanding, and helpful with my family; they were willing to go the extra step and to be contacted at all hours. I was amazed how quickly Right at Home was able to get a caregiver in my Grandparents' home and help them immediately.
