But often times – in the Sacramento/Yolo market – many in home care companies misrepresent themselves as an “In Home Care Agency”, and many senior clients do not actually realize that the company that they are considering, may not indeed be an actual qualified senior home care agency, but rather an independent contractor, who disguises themselves by titling their companies as an "operated domestic referral agency".
