Home-Delivered Meals
Eligible seniors who are homebound and need assistance may receive hot or frozen home-delivered meals. Hot meals are delivered daily, Monday through Friday, while frozen meal packages are delivered once per week to seniors who are more able to heat meals in the microwave or oven without assistance. Seniors receiving home-delivered meals must meet certain eligibility criteria that are determined through a home visit and assessment. For more information, please see our page on Home-Delivered Meals
