The Right at Home team is comprised of the most highly respected health care professionals in Sarasota County, known for their leadership in Alzheimer' s care and support and their expertise in qualilty assurance and stringent hiring practices.
Right at Home corporately has more than 200 offices that serve thousands of clients across the United States. We also have operations in the United Kingdom and Brazil.
Michael Juceam, Owner
Michael Juceam opened the Sarasota office of Right at Home in June 2004. Michael’s fundamental belief is that life needs to be less complicated, including homecare. Michael’s role is to ensure that Right at Home provides every client with the best possible experience, making sure that our agency delivers great care while being easy to deal with. To ensure Right at Home fulfills this commitment to our clients, Michael has assembled a highly competent management team and empowered them to take whatever steps are necessary to meet our clients’ needs. Michael is also an energetic participant in community activities aimed at improving the quality of life for members of Sarasota’s senior population. He currently serves as President and member of the Board of Directors of the Sarasota County Aging Network ( SCAN) and is a past president and member of the Board of Directors of the Manatee Aging Network as well as a past president of the Community Resource Council of Manatee County. Michael also serves on committees supporting activities of the Senior Friendship Center, the Alzheimer’s Association and Lutheran Services. He also services on the Board of the Florida Chapter of the National Private Duty Association and is Secretary and Member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Sinai in Sarasota.
Debbie Infantino, Director of Client Services
Debbie is committed to ensuring that Right at Home’s caregiving team responds immediately to client needs at any time of day or night and weekends. By maintaining regular communication with clients, families and healthcare providers, Debbie provides the most current, meaningful information to our caregivers, allowing them to deliver the best possible care to our clients. Knowing that the lines of communication are open at all times enables our clients to have confidence that our caregivers are not only knowledgeable and skilled but sensitive to the specific needs and circumstances of our clients and matched with their interests in mind. Right at Home’s clients benefit from Debbie’s ten years experience in the Sarasota healthcare community. Debbie began her career as an activities assistant at a skilled nursing facility, creating programs designed to help seniors achieve an engaged, healthy lifestyle. She was promoted to Social Services Director where she counseled families regarding the plan of care for their loved ones and helped guide them through their discharge. Immediately prior to joining Right at Home, Debbie served as Admissions Marketing Director, overseeing the care of hundreds of residents at the skilled nursing facility.
Cindy Marino, Director of Marketing
Cindy has a true passion for serving the needs of Sarasota’s seniors suffering from the various types of cognitive impairment. She is well recognized in the Sarasota healthcare community, having spent the last nine years as Director of Marketing for Arden Courts, an assisted living facility specializing in memory care. While at Arden Courts, Cindy developed outreach and support programs for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory impairments and their families, creating a greater awareness of the prominence of this debilitating disease. In addition to her role as Director of Marketing at Right at Home, Cindy spends significant time educating Right at Home’s caregivers on how to deal with the difficult behaviors that often accompany cognitive impairment and showing them activities that are appropriate for clients with cognitive impairment, furthering Right at Home’s mission of delivering the best possible experience for every client. Cindy is also heavily involved in community activities, most notably serving as the Chairperson for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk for the past nine years.
Sandra Cherry, RN, Director of Quality Assurance

Sandra is dedicated to ensuring that Right at Home’s caregivers fulfill our commitment to delivering the highest possible quality of caregiving. Prior to joining Right at Home, Sandra served as Program Nurse for the Living Room Adult Day Care Center at the Sarasota Senior Friendship Center She provided direct care to clients suffering from various types of cognitive impairment, coordinating and implementing education for clients, family members and staff. Prior to that, Sandra was Community Education Liason for Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Sandra is also a regular columnist in The Union Jack, America's Only National British Newspaper. Her editorial contribution, Sandra's Taste of Britain, is a culinary treat that brings the ritual of "taking tea" one of Britains most appreciated exports. Sandra's nurturing character and her love of food, laughter and the comfort of home is translated in the care she requires of all Right At Home caregivers.
