I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe. She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.
Myrial was attentive, caring, personable and professional. Everything you could ever ask for when needing someone to take care of one of your loved ones.
If we ever need any care taker services in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Right at Home! Thank you!

I think one thing you can't deny is knowing you've made a difference in someone's life. Whether in a post-op or hospice scenario you are truly adding to that persons quality of life. I love being a CNA and I enjoy being employed by Right at Home.

I can't believe how helpful and flexible you are. Even with all of the scheduling changes I've made, you've still been very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with.

You really do personall answer the phone 24/7 like you said you do! I know, I've called at all hours. I hope our paths cross again in the future and I will certainly recommend you should the occasion arise.

I am writing to you as today is my Dad's 87th birthday. We began working with Right at Home a year ago. I remember clearly that the Friday of the first week of service was KY Oaks Day. The Derby was on Saturday.
Thank you so much for the service of the agency to us. It has been challenging at times, but right now, I feel so fortunate. Danielle and Alton give my dad great care and are so very dependable. I'm able to go to my job each day knowing that they will take care of him and that they will call if they have concerns or questions.
Thanks, Jeannie - for Right at Home and the people who serve us. I hope you'll share this with Cindy and others in the agency who are involved. I'm hoping I can write you again on my Dad's 88th birtday. If not, your care of him has been a blessing and godsend.

To "all" members of "Right at Home"
I want to extend both my Uncle Wilbert's and my thanks for all of the kindness and compassion and expert care and love you have extended to both of us.
When we had any needs no matter how unusual, each of you tried in every way to assist, of course there were "special ones" that Wilbert favored but all of them were employees and caregivers to be proud of.
Your phone personnel always were courteous, kind, helpful and always eager to be of service.
Thanks again for making Wilbert's last months at home peaceful for him and me.

To all the ladies behind the scenes at Right at Home:
A huge thank you for everything ya'll did for Mimi. I knew it took a special gift to be a great caregiver, but ya'll taught me that special gift also extends to everyone helping to set up and maintain that care. It was no secret that Mimi had a huge sweet tooth. Nothing would have pleased her more than to know she could offer a reason to take a break for some good conversation and cake. Please enjoy and thank you.

My name is Bonny H and I live in Texas. My mother, Betty H, was under the care of your employee, Robin G, in Louisville for the last two years of her life and I am writing to thank you for that.
Having Robin in her life provided my mom with a sense of security, comfort, and humor that she needed far more than any of us realized. Her demise was so rapid we were all shocked, and I believe it was her mental condition and that there's not much anyone could have done. Robin made my Mom feel safe, and gave her a light in a darkening world that Mom could hold on to while we were unable to be there.
In a perfect world, we would all take care of our own, I am sure you know that as well as anyone. Due to the pressures of the modern world, and the typical dysfunction of many families, that is not always possible. Thanks to the people like Robin, and companies like yours, we have a fallback resource and can feel comfortable knowing that our loved ones, whether they be too difficult or too far away, will be cared for.
Robin has become a member of our family, and even with Mom's passing, I still call Robin to chat and we remain friends. She is trustworthy, dependable, confident, knowledgeable, and more than capable and all of this with a sense of humor that is priceless. We were certainly a lucky family to have her help. My mom loved her like a daughter, and we will never ever forget all that she did for Mom and therefore, for us.

I wish I could think of words to say how much I appreciate your services for my aunt. I love her very much and KNOW she is happy in HEAVEN.

My first client was 89-years-old, and I ended up staying with her 24/7 until she passed away at the age of 92. I used to read the Bible to her, and we sang songs together because she used to be a choir director at her church. She wanted me to sing her favorite song – 'The Old Rugged Cross' – at her funeral. I did. I was with her when she took her last breath. It was such a sacred moment. I’ll never forget it. It just cemented this whole career for me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do.

I feel better about myself knowing that the care that I give may help someone live a happier life. My greatest reward is in knowing that my presence makes a difference.

It is an honor every day to serve others in their homes and provide them with the type of care that they deserve. Receiving the RightCare Award was another honor. It wouldn't have been possible if not for my clients. I always think of them first. I do my job because I love to do it and not because I expect to receive any gifts or an award. To me the award is just as special as receiving a smiley face from a client, showing their appreciation.
Patricia, 2008 RightCare Award Runner-Up -
I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the office and by the owner, who was very up-front and real. I felt very at home with her and very at ease. [The caregivers] are not just employees. We are family and a team. We look out for one another, and we look out for the owner as well. She is supportive of our situations and is always there to encourage us to grow in our experience and knowledge.

I love your staff! They do an awesome job.
