Who We Are at Right at Home of South Central Indiana

Right at Home of South Central Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky was founded by Jeannie & Mark Locy.  They opened their Louisville office in March of 2004 and their Clarksville office in March of 2007.   Jeannie has a wide variety of executive level experience in staffing, human resources, training & development,  operations, sales, marketing and public relations.  She has been instrumental in developing and growing several businesses for others. Jeannie holds a Master's Degree in Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  Mark has over 30 years experience in senior management in the restaurant industry.   Prior to opening Right at Home, Jeannie built and ran a travelling nurse division out of Omaha, Nebraska.  She commuted weekly from Louisville to do so.

Due to personal health and family issues, Jeannie knew that she wanted to be able to help those who needed it most - our aging seniors and the elderly.  She wanted to be able to do so, while giving back to community in which she grew up.  She knew that owning Right at Home would help her realize her dream. 

Jeannie runs Right at Home on a day-to-day basis and serves at the President.  Mark serves as the CFO/CIO and is in the office a few days a week.  Jeannie and Mark also own Little Caesar's in Owensboro, KY.  Mark runs the restaurants on a day-to-day basis.

They are both extremely committed to the clients they serve and the in-house staff and caregivers who work with them.  They feel extremely fortunate to have met such awesome individuals, helped so many folks and have had the opportunity to give back to the communities in which they serve.

The dedicated staff of Right at Home Louisville, KY/SC Indiana include:

Bari Lewis, Executive Director for the Louisville and Clarksville offices - Bari has a Masters in Gerontology and over 13 years experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities.  Bari is extremely knowledgeable in the senior care field, to include Alzheimer's Disease, and is a great advocate for doing the right thing for our senior clients.  She is also extremely committed to working with the Alzheimer's Association to further their cause.  We feel extremely fortunate to have Bari as one of our team members.

Joni Jackson, Director of Client Services/Community Relations  for the Clarksville, Indiana office - Joni has over 10 years experience in the senior care industry.  Joni joined Right at Home as a caregiver and has been promoted several times.  Joni is very a very caring, calming and competent member of our team.  She has dedicated a large part of her life to our clients.  They are first and foremost on her mind at all times.  Everyone who meets Joni loves her.

Lacey Newton, Director of Client Services/Community Relations  for the Louisville, Kentucky office - Lacey has over 5 years experience in the senior care industry.  Lacey is a stabling influence to our office and is highly efficient and effective.  Lacey brings great ideas to us and is truly an advocate for the clients she serves as well as the caregivers who report to her.  She started with our organization as a caregiver and has been promoted to the rank of Manager.

Holly Carnes, Manager of Client Services for the Louiville, Kentucky and Clarksville, Indiana offices - Holly has over 5 years experience in the medical and senior care industries.  She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science and Technology.  She is also a phlebotomist.   Holly is extremely outgoing and honest.  Our clients have come to trust and rely on her and look forward to her monthly visits.

Nadine Sutherland,  Director of Administrative Services for the Louisville and  Clarksville offices - Nadine is our jack of all trades and master of all as well.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Management and an Associates Degree in Accounting.  She joined our company in March of 2008 as a part time Staffing Coordinator and has been promoted several times.    She is extremely efficient and competent at any assignment thrust at her, to include caregiving, management and project management.

Beth Ann McEntire, Manager of Client Services for the Louisville and Clarksville offices - Beth Ann is our resident "happy person".  She is always in a good mood and keeps things light.  Beth Ann is a CNA and a phlebotomist.  She does a great job of identifying just the right caregivers to take care of our special senior clients.  She is also charged with the task of ensuring that all of our caregivers meet the requirements as identified in our licensure rules and regulations.

Ellen Sparks, Director of Business Development for the Louisville office - Ellen has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Marketing and has many hours toward her Bachelors in Continuing Education.  Ellen has over 25 years experience in the staffing, sales and human resources industries.  Ellen is a ball of energy and is loved by all!  She is an awesome team member.

Nicole Duck, Client Services Manager  for the Louisville and Clarksville offices - Nicole has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration and is currently attending class for her RN.  She has experience that ranges from working with the disabled to managing a call center.  Nicole is an absolute assest to the Right at Home team.  The caregivers who report to her absolutely respect her and her decisions.
