Therefore, you know how devastating the disease is to not only the individual who has it, but to the family as well - especially if the family members are caregivers.
My mom, whom I love dearly, has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimers. I am playing football in her honor and am determined to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
