Right at Home offers an array of services to the elderly and disabled population in the Southern NH area. Many of our clients suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia related conditions. While Right at Home provides in-home, assisted living and residential care for clients, we often build relationships with family members and loved ones who are in various stages of learning to care for someone with memory loss, themselves. There are important signs to watch for when determining if a parent or loved on is absentminded and forgetful, or whether they suffer from true memory loss related conditions.
