Our Scheduling Department

 Ashleigh Sgrulloni * Jeff Pruitt * Nicole Porter       Our scheduling department plays an important role in creating positive, successful client/caregiver matches. At caregiver orientation, our schedulers meet individually with each new hire to get better acquainted.  This is a valuable step in producing the best match not only for new clients but when an established client may require a back-up or multiple caregivers.

When a client signs on with Right at Home, Pat Philp, Client Case Manager, presents the schedulers with a complete profile to facilitate the best caregiver match for each individual.  Does the client prefer a caregiver who has an interest in sports or makes the best pancakes in town?  Perhaps we have a new client who would be most comfortable with a soft spoken caregiver who can gently assist them in their activities of daily living. What may be ideal for one client may not be of interest to another. At Right at Home, we understand that each client is unique with their own individual experiences and preferences.   

Successfully managing  day-to-day visits, Right at Home’s scheduling department is only a phone call away - available for clients and their family members, scheduling additions or changes, and caregiver communication.  Right at Home can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for those instances when there is an after-hours schedule change, emergency, or immediate need.

I wanted to thank Right at Home for helping take care of my grandmother after she fell and broke her toe.  She had a care taker named Myrial who was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my grandmother during a time where she could not care for herself.
