We deliver on this commitment by providing the highest quality in-home care and assistance from our compassionate and professionally trained caregivers.
Rich, a Northeastern University graduate, is a former business owner and executive from the insurance industry and oversees the daily operations of Right at Home. Janet, a graduate of Wellesley College, brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and clinical research. Their combined talents ensure quality services and compassionate care for all Right at Home clients.
Personal Mission
We know firsthand how difficult it is to coordinate care for an aging parent living alone in another state or how important it is for your loved one to age with pride and dignity in their own home. We’ve witnessed the emotional and physical toll on relatives and friends after years of caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cancer within our own families. Together with our desire to make a difference in people’s lives, experiencing the extraordinary benefits of home care for family members firsthand convinced us to open Right at Home of Southern New Hampshire.

Exceptional Staff
Nursing Oversight for Specialized Client Care
As in-home service needs are trending toward more specialized care situations due to patients being released earlier from hospital and rehab settings, we recognize that many clients require more clinical expertise in the establishment and management of their plan of care. Moreover, in order to provide this level of care, our caregivers must have the additional clinical training and education to meet these needs. This is where our nursing professional comes into play.
Kris Wise, RN BSN
As Right at Home's RN Services Coordinator, Kris Wise's focus is on both client relations and caregiver education. She performs initial and on-going client clinical assessments, tailors care plans to meet individual client needs, and handles client health questions and resolution.
On the caregiver education front, Kris is integral in providing specialized one-on one training for unique client situations, including catheter and feeding tube care, Hoyer lift training, and more.
In addition, Kris routinely teaches in-service classes on topics including Geriatric Medications, End of Life Caregiving, Dementia Care and various topics of interest. She is certified to teach Red Cross Adult CPR and First Aid, which is offered to all employees of Right at Home.
Kris received a BSN from Oral Roberts University and brings many years of experience in both the nursing and healthcare fields.
Kris's training and experience makes her a vital asset to Right at Home.
Right at Home Caregivers
Right at Home caregivers are out in local communities every day, bringing the face of Right at Home to their clients. We provide services to those who wish to remain in the comfort and safety of their own homes by employing caregivers ranging from Homemakers to Personal Care and Licensed Nursing Assistants, overseen by Field Staff Nurse Manager, Kris Wise.
Our caregivers are selected by an extensive screening process, beginning with an online aptitude test, followed by phone and in person interview, background, address, and motor vehicle checks, and personality questionnaires to match just the right caregiver to each client. Once hired, Right at Home offers training via internet, in-service classes, and one-on-one training by Kris, for unique and specialized care scenarios.
We are passionate about our mission to improve the quality of life for those in our care. We welcome the opportunity to serve you and your loved ones. Please call or email us for more information.
My caregiver, E.F. is wonderful, articulate, thoughtful, intelligent AND a wonderful person, as well!
