Care Rewards

Care Rewards is a recognition program for our care staff. It provides rewards and incentives for our caregiving staff (our caregiving stars) for an array of positive work behaviors. Care Rewards is an exclusive program available only to caregivers that wear the Right at Home badge.

When my father was discharged after several months of hospitalization and rehab, my sisters and I did not know where to turn for assistance. Right at Home helped by providing continuous 24-hour care until my father regained his strength. Over time, , we gradually reduced the number of caregiver hours and today he is thriving with just a few hours of care each week. Right at Home gave us peace of mind and provided the flexibility to adjust schedules and care plans as my father’s needs changed.
