Just a note to let you and your staff know how grateful my family is that we found you.  Mom couldn't stay by herself because she said she would run away.  Your staff came in, in our place, to care for our Mom.  I was worried about letting someone else care for her.  I was afraid they wouldn't love and sympathize with her the way we could.  I was very glad and relieved to see I was very wrong.  Your staff cared for our Mom like she was their own.  They hugged her when she needed a hug and cried with her when she cried.  After meeting and talking with your staff and hearing them talk about Mom, it was evident to me we had made a good choice.  Again, thank you for being there for our family.
