Caregivers

Our caregivers are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our clients; we treat them like our friends and neighbors because they are.  We go the extra mile to find creative and personalized care programs for our clients. We listen to your wants and needs because we know your experience and input help us makes it easier for you.

Our caregivers cover Kansas City, Leawood, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park and Shawnee, and are trained go through an extensive selection process to ensure they meet our high standards. Before they are employed with Right at Home, they must go through reference checks, background clearance, personal interview and competency testing. After that, we make sure each caregiver is insured and bonded before they go through a comprehensive orientation process.

We also provide the Caregiver Education Retention and Training (CERT) program to give ongoing, specialized training that enables them to deal with specific situations, including; Alzheimer’s and dementia, Parkinson's, medication management and compliance, osteoarthritis and mobility loss, hypertension/stroke recovery, diabetes, heart disease, post-surgery care and cancer recovery.

Right at Home goes the extra step with their clients to provide quality caregivers, which is rare in the environment today. They provide a personal, hands-on relationship with each and every person they care for - starting from the first day working with the client - when they personally visit their home.
