Tim has been a professional do-gooder since 1996 when he fell in love with his first job as the director of a small emergency food pantry. He went on to work for several non-profit organizations in various capacities including as an advocate for anti-poverty programs, a program director implementing anti-hunger projects in partnership with state and local governments, and eventually as executive director for a local chapter of the United Way. He later co-founded Alianza Family Services, an agency that serves adults with developmental disabilities under New Mexico’s DD Waiver program. His passion for caregiving eventually led him to Right at Home. Tim is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and the occasional ultramarathon.
Chief Operations Officer
Ariel is the Chief Operations Officer of Right at Home and has been part of the team since 2010. She works closely with our office team and care staff to ensure that all clients and referring professionals have an exceptional care experience. Ariel’s interest in the social and healthcare needs of the sick and elderly have led her to the profession. She has extensive experience in both human resources and case management. Ariel is a graduate the University of New Mexico and has a bachelor's degree in Family Studies and Human Development. From personal experiences with her own family, Ariel has become a compassionate and understanding advocate to those who require a trusted partner in home care. She understands the need of a trained and supportive care team to get you through life’s hardest moments. Ariel’s biggest joy in life is spending time with her husband and 4 dogs. She lives life by the motto “People Not Things,” believing people and relationships are the most important things in this life.
Employee Care Manager
Maria grew up in a military family. She traveled and lived overseas during most of her childhood. The diversity of people she encountered gave her a passion to work in human services. As an adult, Maria saw the need for homecare in her own family. Maria studied at New Mexico State University where she focused on mental health disorders and medicine. Maria has over 17 years experience in senior care. During her many years in the caregiving field, Maria has served side by side with clients, directed activities in facility care, and trained and mentored junior staff. Maria joined Right at Home in the fall of 2019. She serves as our Employee Care Manager and develops and coaches our care staff in how to best care for our clients. She enjoys seeing inexperienced caregivers who have a heart to serve, grow and develop into extraordinary care providers. Maria enjoys bonding with our caregivers and seeing the relationship between client and care staff grow. In her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her active 3 children and making a change in the world for the better.

Gabby is our Administrative Assistant. Gabby began working for Right at Home in February 2022 and works to ensure that when someone is calling Right at Home, they get their questions answered and needs met. Gabby enjoys working around clients and caregivers and was a caregiver herself for 3 years. She feels that it is important for caregivers and clients to feel and be acknowledged especially over the phone. Gabby enjoys being around people, especially her friends and family. She also like to spend time with her husband and binge watch movies and watch her fish.
