George Davidson, Co-Owner
Right at Home Anderson Co-Owner George Davidson Jr. is originally from Liberia, West Africa where he took care of his Father after he became ill. After coming to America, George became a top management executive with entrepreneur qualities and almost 20 years of experience in the steel service center environment covering IT, Human Resources, Trucking, and Operation Management.
His Personal Story
George is married to his high school sweetheart, Dorothy, and they have a daughter, Melody who is a freshman in college. They are members of the East Side Church of God. George loves to workout, read, play basketball but most of all George has a passion for serving others. George is doing something that wasn't available in Liberia with in-home care assistance, and believes in doing all he can to help his community.
Barry Sharp, Co-Owner
Right at Home Anderson Co-Owner Barry Sharp owned and ran a successful steel business for twenty nine years. Barry's philosophy on being an employer is that you can attempt to make employees do their job but it is so much easier to create an atmosphere where they desire to please and do the job. The only way to make that happen is to care for them. He has been able to be successful as an owner learning from both failures and successes. His desire now is to help others and to continue to contribute to the community.
His Personal Story
Barry has been married to Sheree for 39 years. They have two children: Zachary and Shannon. He and his family are members of Madison Park Church of God. For the twelve years now, Barry walks three miles daily. Barry was also board president of Liberty Christian School and Hope Unlimited.

Meet Our Wonderful Staff
Melinda Murrell, Alternate Administrator/Alternate Director of Nursing
Melinda (Mendy) Murrell, BSN, RN received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing science from Ball State University. She is currently the Alternate Administrator and Alternate Director of Nursing at Right at Home. She has served as Director of Nursing in Long Term Care for over 30 years and also has experience in Home Health Care. Her professional focus has always been on hiring, training, oversight and on-going education of her staff so that they can provide the highest quality of care to their patients.
In her role with Right at Home, she is bringing knowledge, professionalism and a love of service. She is dedicated to providing excellence to her patients, staff, and employer.
Mendy is a wife, mother of 5 and grandmother of 6. She enjoys her family and church. In her free time, she loves gardening, reading and walking long distances.
She was honored by the Indiana Healthcare Association as Director of Nursing of the Year and by her previous employer for excellence in nursing leadership.
Natasha Hodson, Care Director
Natasha joined Right at Home at the beginning of 2017 as the Care Coordinator and eventually grew into the additional role of Office Manager. As a dedicated member of the team, her focus is on hiring caregivers, scheduling, HR and creating/maintaining positive relationships with all of the clients. She uses her experience in special education and customer service to provide efficient and meaningful interactions with staff, clients, and referral sources.
Natasha enjoys her work at RAH because it means she is able to contribute to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Natasha loves and embraces the opportunity to grow alongside a great local company.
Having lived in Anderson her whole life, Natasha is able to see first hand the demographics of the area and how that impacts the caregivers and the elderly in our community.
Natasha spends her free time with her boyfriend Casey and their 2 huskies Rock Star and Aspen.
Cathy S. Payton, Quality Improvement (QI) Assistant Coordinator
Cathy S. Payton, LPN became part of Right at Home as of February 2018. She is the QI Assistant Coordinator. Cathy has 45+ years working in the field of nursing, most recently in the capacity of Medical Records Coordinator. Ensuring the documentation to meet federal, state and company guidelines was the focus of this position. She has continued her education with IV certification, Dialysis, Administering TB tests, ICD10 coding, and ongoing education for Medical Records.
Her professional interests include education of nursing documentation and medical records audits to benefit the patient’s health endeavors and learning new practices and procedures as related to nursing. Cathy has served on many boards and committees within the community. She feels being an advocate for clients in need of healthcare is of the utmost importance.
Cathy is involved in the lives of her 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grand children. Attending their sports, school functions and other activities is her delight. Cathy enjoys traveling, reading and shopping adventures with friends. Her faith in God has sustained her throughout her nursing career and personal life.
Judith R. Irwin, Administrator/Director of Nursing
Judith R. Irwin is a registered nurse with 30 years experience. Judy joined Right at Home in July of 2017. In her role as Administrator, she assures that the Agency is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and Governing Body directives. She oversees community education efforts and QI program. Evaluates and manages all office staff employed by the agency. In her role as the Director of Nursing, Judy is responsible for all skilled patient care, clinical, resource management and oversight of the Quality Improvement Program. She ensures the appropriate assignment of skilled personnel to meet the specific need of individual client.
Home Health Care has been her primary focus for 20 years. As a consultant, Judy has assisted in the start up of five skilled agencies in the state of Indiana. She has assumed various roles in many home health care agencies. It is not unusual for Judy to have known many of her patients for several years. Judy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Anderson University.
Judith’s greatest accomplishment is her 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is actively involved with all the children. She attends all their activities.
The Right At Home franchise has benefited from her expertise. She and her team successfully led us through skilled nursing licensure within the required provisional time range.
Krystall, Assistant Care Director
Krystall joined Right at Home, Inc. working as a caregiver in January. Her passion for helping others began 7 years ago when she started working with children with disabilities in the local school system. Krystall continued to pursue her career in care giving and became a Direct Support Professional at a group home. Krystall went on to care for adults with mental disabilities.
When Krystall learned of an opening here at Right at Home, Inc., she knew it’s where she wanted to be. She worked overnights with her client and continued working her full time position as a Behavioral Clinician. After the passing of her client, Krystall continued to stay in touch. When she heard about an office position opening, she knew she would make a great addition to the Right at Home team, once again. She uses her compassion in the office and has taken on the role as Assistant Care Director. Krystall loves coming into work everyday, knowing she will make a difference in someone’s life.
Krystall moved to Anderson in 2011, after meeting her husband Hank in college at the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne. Together they bought a house and got married. When Krystall isn’t spending time with family she spoils her two dogs, Max and Ellie. She also enjoys making wreaths, her own personal business, and drawing in her spare time.
