About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of prequalified and interested candidates to fit many different client needs
  • Effectively and efficiently source, screen and interview large volumes of resumes/candidates
  • Works together with Care Managers, Scheduling Coordinator and HR to develop relationships to create a partnership that yields success, results and credibility
  • Utilizes internal processes for tracking recruitment, and following through
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement resulting better fitting candidates
  • Regularly participates and sometimes takes lead in weekly quality meetings

Job Requirements:

Minimum

  • 1+ Years Recruitment Experience

Preferred

  • 2+ Years Recruitment Experience
  • Associate’s Degree
