Shift and Schedule: Weekend availability / Day shift / Monday to Friday / Holidays

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• CNA License or pass a PCA Test (provided on site)
• High School Diploma or GED- with the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• 1+ years of prior caregiving experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass the GA Dept of Health Fingerprinting and a drug test
• Three professional references
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or BLS
• TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years if skin test is positive)
• Valid Photo Identification

Essential Functions

• Help clients by:
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
  • Preparing meals and feeding if needed
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Providing safety oversight
  • Assisting with mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks, etc.)
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Completing client shopping
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
