Right at Home Belmont Receives Client Satisfaction Award
At its recent annual meeting held in Dallas, TX, the Belmont office of Right at Home was recognized for outstanding service provided to their clients. The Client Satisfaction Award recognizes business owners who provide exemplary service to clients. A national winner and four Region winners are honored. The award is based on average scores calculated from interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse with Right at Home clients.

The Right at Home Client Satisfaction Award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected from telephone interviews performed by Home Care Pulse. This recognition assures that the winning office is trustworthy and has proven their ability to provide outstanding in-home care services.
During interviews, Right at Home clients, or their responsible parties, are given the opportunity to rate services on a scale of 1-10 in areas such as timeliness of caregivers, services being provided as promised, compassion of caregivers and overall quality of care.
