What High Quality Traits Do We Look For?
Compassionate, Caring and Responsible!
Right at Home Belmont provides flexible scheduling, with full time or part time shifts available, and works hard to find good matches between clients and caregivers. Our office believes that ongoing caregiver training and caregiver recognition are key elements in keeping caregivers long term. We provide monthly continuing education on topics that are relevant to our caregivers and help expand their skills.
We Recognize Our Caregivers
We believe our caregivers are our greatest asset, and we want to recognize them for fulfilling our mission and providing our clients the best possible care at home. Our Caregiver of the Month program showcases those caregivers who provide excellent care to our clients and go above and beyond. Just because thank you cards, anniversary recognition, regular phone calls, birthday cards and raffles are just a few other ways we recognize all that our caregivers do.
"They do all sorts of things. If you are a hard working employee, you can get recognized as far as employee of the month. They also do quarterly meetings to keep everyone briefed on what is going on in the office and with new training." - Julia
