The Right at Home Birmingham office is led by our President Beau Green who opened the agency in 2011. Beau focused on matching quality caregivers with the right families at the duration and frequency the clients desired. The agency quickly found success and Beau added a Scheduling Coordinator, now Agency Director, Alecia Rowe.

Alecia came in high regard from the healthcare industry where patient care was her main focus. She has spent over a decade of her career working in the healthcare industry. Alecia leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all clients have a caregiver that matches their needs. She enjoys hearing stories from seniors, families and caregivers when we have made a difference in their lives. Alecia was hired in October 2013.


Vicky McClure

Vicky has been in healthcare for over 25 years. She joined our team after over a dozen years running a large healthcare staffing organization. Vicky oversees all day-to-day scheduling in the Birmingham office.

She advocates for both our clients and our caregivers.“Taking care of the caregivers” is what Vicky enjoys the most.

Vicky has extensive experience attracting and retaining the best caregivers in Central Alabama. She also ensures that required paperwork and document is sent to all Long Term Care companies so our clients can receive reimbursements as soon as possible. Vicky was hired October 2013


Kim Smith

Kim Smith joined Right at Home in May of 2020 as a Community Educator. She has over 9 years of experience educating and advocating for client needs in the healthcare community. She has worked in the non-profit, Hospice and Homecare arena. Kim is passionate about empowering families/referral sources with the knowledge needed to navigate through the homecare maze to ensure all needs are being met. Wherever home is, is where she believes a client should stay with the help of Right at Home!


Carroll McClammy

Carroll has been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She works with families to identify the home care needs of seniors in our community.

Before joining Right at Home, Carroll and Vicky worked together in a large staffing company for many years They are both known and well loved by many caregivers throughout the state of Alabama..Carroll was hired February 2016.

Heather started as a direct care staff member (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the field for Right at Home Birmingham.

Heather loves working with clients. She is in constant communication with families about what our staff sees. Heather was hired in May 2014.


Cheryl Vincelette

Cheryl has been in various forms of customer service over the last 20 years. She has found a passion in connecting caregivers and families. Cheryl takes pride in making sure all clients are taken care of and that all of our team members have enough work. Cheryl was hired February 2020.


Cheri Gowers

Payroll and Billing Specialist

Cheri is our in-house payroll and billing specialist. Cheri ensures that all Long Term Care companies have the invoices, daily care notes and supporting paperwork they need so our clients can receive their reimbursements as soon as possible. Cheri doesn’t interface nearly as much with our clients or staff but when she does, it is with patience. Cheri enjoys opening all the cards and thank-you notes families and friends send Right at Home!


Marie Carter

Community Registered Nurse

Marie has served in various roles throughout the healthcare industry including within Retirement Community Nurse, Medicare Home Health start of care nurse, Hospice nursing plus more roles. Marie provides wellness visits as well as direct patient care for Right at Home clients. Marie was hired May 2019.


Lou Ann Craig, RN

Lou Ann has been a registered nurse in the healthcare community for over 37 years. She has served various roles such as Staff Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care and the Coronary Intensive Care, Charge Nurse in the Emergency Room, hospital House Supervisor, hospital Clinical Nurse Educator, Director of Nursing for an outpatient psychiatric clinic, and a hospital RN Liaison. She is currently an American Heart Association Basic Certified Life Support and Advanced Certified Life Support Instructor and a Certified Rehabilitation RN. Lou Ann loves to teach and build relationships with her clients as well as others in the medical community.
