The Right at Home Birmingham office is led by our President Beau Green who opened the agency in 2011.

Beau focused on matching quality caregivers with the right families at the duration and frequency the clients desired. The agency quickly found success and Beau added a Scheduling Coordinator, now Agency Director, in Alecia Rowe.

Alecia came in high regard from the healthcare industry where patient care was her main focus. She has spent over a decade of her career working in the healthcare industry.

Alecia leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all clients have a caregiver that matches their needs. She enjoys hearing stories from seniors, families and caregivers when we have made a difference in their lives.

Heather Odom

Staffing Coordinator, CNA

Heather started as a direct care staff member (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the field for Right at Home Birmingham.

Heather loves working with clients. She is in constant communication with families about what our staff sees. Heather has been working with our office for over 3 years.

Vicky McClure

Scheduling Director

Vicky has been in healthcare for over 25 years. She joined our team after over a dozen years running a large healthcare staffing organization. Vicky oversees all day-to-day scheduling in the Birmingham office.

She advocates for both our clients and our caregivers.“Taking care of the caregivers” is what Vicky enjoys the most.

Vicky has extensive experience attracting and retaining the best caregivers in Central Alabama. She also ensures that required paperwork and document is sent to all Long Term Care companies so our clients can receive reimbursements as soon as possible.

Carroll McClammy

Scheduling Coordinator

Carroll has been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She works with families to identify the home care needs of seniors in our community.

Before joining Right at Home, Carroll and Vicky worked together in a large staff company for years. They are both known and well loved by many caregivers throughout the state of Alabama.

Sadie Pendley

Scheduling Coordinator

Sadie has been working in the healthcare industry for five years. She is passionate about serving seniors and enjoys engaging with other team members on staff. Sadie takes pride in making sure all clients are taken care of and that all of our team members have enough work.

Selena Ashworth

Human Resources

Selena enjoys getting to know people and identifying the next great caregiver.

She advocates for our caregivers and matches the most qualified direct care staff to clients according to their unique care needs.

Selena splits her focus between recruiting, hiring, training and retaining the best caregivers in Central Alabama.

Tracy Ferren

Director of Nursing

Tracy serves as the Director of Nursing for Right at Home. He enjoys visiting current and prospective clients.

He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham and is active in the Birmingham community.
