Determining When Elder Care is Needed
Caring for a senior can be tough and knowing when or who to call can be difficult. Right at Home offers custom care plans designed to fit the needs of each and every individual. Our custom care plans are mandatory for each in-home care recipient. All of our cases are overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN) and we walk each client and their family through the process of determining the level of care needed to create a care plan specific to you or your loved one's needs.
We offer elder care services that will provide a piece of mind for you and your family as well as provide security and assistance to your loved one!
In the Melrose Community
Right at Home is out and about in the Melrose community!
As part of our dedication to the Melrose community, we offer free educational programs to our community partners, such as presentations on Fall Prevention, the RightTransitions program and Dementia Live at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital for hospital staff and health professionals. In the photo from a RightTransitions presentation at Melrose Wakefield Hospital is Rosaleen Doherty CEO of Right at Home Somerville and a couple members of our marketing and community relations staff.
Our Community Relations Team has delivered Dementia Live training to the Melrose Council on Aging. The training participants included health professionals, community members, family caregivers and first responders. The training seeks to provide participants with a more in-depth understanding of dementia.
