Meet The Staff of Right at Home Boston Northwest
The Bedford, MA. office of Right at Home has been serving members of the surrounding communities of Middlesex County, Massachusetts for over 16 years. Right at Home Boston/Northwest was founded in 2004 by Ted Bernhardt. Right at Home has the mission of “improving the quality of life for those we serve.” To help accomplish this goal, we have a team of professionals that work hard, every day, to provide you and your family with the best possible service and care.
Laura Reynolds –Director of Client Services and Operations
Laura graduated with a degree in Social Work from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. After many years working in insurance claims she took time off to raise her 3 daughters and care for her grandmother. Laura started with Right at Home in 2004, the year it opened, ready to take on the challenge of assisting the owner and President in setting up his home care operation. 16 years later she continues to handle Client Services, while keeping track of the day to day Operations of “Right at Home”.
She takes pride in the reputation Right at Home has in the community. As the Client Services Manager she is one of the first touch points in the delivery of our compassionate care, coordinating referrals for new and existing clients. Laura is a key member of the Right at Home team and her clinical and administrative experience helps ensure the best possible client outcomes and makes sure that all points of care are being appropriately coordinated.

Eileen Piantedosi – Director of Nursing, RN, BSW, BSN, CDP
Eileen brings over 25 years of nursing experience to “Right at Home” and has been with Right at Home Northwest for 15 years. She is an extremely experienced nurse and social worker and is compassionate in her work and dealings with all of her clients and caregivers. She is on the front lines assessing the needs of each client, developing individual care plans for them, and supervising our caregivers in the field. She monitors the care provided based on changes in the client’s condition and physician’s recommendations , and keeps the line of communication open at all times with each family, physician, care manager, and caregiver involved. Her role is an instrumental part of a successful in-home care plan, wherever home may be. Eileen is also a certified dementia live trainer.
Elizabeth Kaupp, CDP – Sales and Marketing Director
Elizabeth has over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and was a caretaker for her grandparents bringing one-on-one experience and knowledge to her expertise. Elizabeth is a positive and creative team member serving as our Sales and Marketing Director. In addition to her marketing post, she ensures lasting relationships with our referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians and others.
Her past professional experience as a Construction Division Insurance Sales Manager has shaped her commitment to service excellence. Elizabeth is a certified dementia live trainer and is a member of the Winchester rotary. She is active with the Bedford, Lincoln and Concord Council’s on Aging and runs the “Memory Café” for Lincoln and Concord, Massachusetts.
