We are Gail Hanson and Shelby Marshall, owners of Right at Home of Eastern Worcester County, MA since 2007. We believe seniors have the right to age with dignity and independence and are committed to providing top-notch in-home assistance.
Our office offers senior care services in the comfort and familiarity of wherever you and your loved one call home. We offer customized home-based solutions and necessary support so you can remain active and independent in the community. Our Individualized elder care programs change as our clients' needs change. From companionship and help around the house to 24/7 care, we are with you every step of the way.
"We’ve built our reputation on the simple premise of treating every client with dignity and respect and as if he/she is our own Mom or Dad. We are passionate about our personal and hands-on approach to every client relationship. Our team is very ‘solutions-oriented,’ and we believe that every senior should have the option to age in the place of their choice.
We pride ourselves on our standards of care, responsiveness, reliability and thorough communication.”
- Gail Hanson and Shelby Marshall, Owners, Right at Home

Elder Care Services:
We operate according to the state standards and are dedicated to improving the quality of care you or your loved one receives. We also advocate for senior service programs such as Veteran Affairs (VA), Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare Home Health and Long Term Care Insurance Assistance in Massachusetts.
Our Caregivers and Custom Care Plan
To ensure quality care and customer service, we have implemented leading edge technology services at no charge to you. These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the aides fulfill their shifts; a "Family Room" web portal that allows family members to check on schedules, bills, calendars and the shift details of aides from any computer or mobile devices with an internet connection.
Everything we do stems from our mission: "To improve the quality of life for those we serve." To us, our mission is more than words – it is a goal we strive to achieve each day. It is the way we deliver world-class care to our clients. Our mission guides how we run our business and how we treat our caregivers. Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team filled with the RightPeople to live out that mission each and every day.
