We are very pleased with our caregivers promptness. My husband has dementia but seems very comfortable with them. I don't have a routine schedule every week so scheduling is a challenge, but try very hard to honor our requests and/or match us up. I like too that the caregivers are amendable and proficient doing household chores as I ask. Thank you for your caring service to us!

They have made life easier by sending the caregiver, who is very compassionate and seems to know what my mother needs. She is good at not pushing my mom and will go with whatever she needs at that moment. She is able to encourage my mom so she can get things done, which she is good at doing without getting mom upset.
